My complaint:
I went to get my rent money off my card, like I do every month, and it was declined saying unauthorized usage I tried calling the number on the back of my card, couldn’t get thru for days and when I finally did get thru I was hung up on. Finally I got someone on the line and they said it was a MasterCard problem and nothing they could do. Then suggested a thing called white list and said I could use my card after 2 hours of being white listed. Didn’t work so I called back again and got thru in a few more hours and asked for the supervisor and she, Jasmine, told me to use the card at a register and then it would work at the ATM…NOPE! She also suggested I do the Walmart cash thing which didn’t work either. Now my rent is overdue and no solution in sight. I don’t know what to do next and I will probably lose my place to live over this
