Complaint: Can’t get in touch with a live person

My complaint:

I made two attempts to get in touch with Direct Express Customer Service and got an automated machine talking about auto repair service. Their number that in the brochure is not the number directly to Direct Express Card. I need to speak with a live person because, I have a questions about $21.42 was taken out. What was the amount take out for and Why? The $21.42 was taken out the same day I called the automated system to fine out what transaction was taken out on certain days. I cannot account for $21.42. They may have been some past activity also I cannot account for.
