Dignity Health complaint: Health care fraud

My complaint:

Dignity Health Arizona

Urgent care next to McDonald’s on
Gilbert rd Germann
((charged $454 for Drugs not Received))
(( charged $144 for vaccine administration))
Also not received

I was there less then 45min

I was not in an Emergency room
They billed my insurance $3,019 for ER
It was a walk in visit for an X ray

billed my insurance $5,479.00 for 2 X-ray
And I’ve received three additional bills from out of state from other companies in reference to this visit

Suggested solution:

Remove all fraudulent billing
