My complaint:
Came to the location for my Son to be seen for a sinus infection he has has for a week in half. Dr came very rude unprofessional ask what’s the problem told her that my son had a bad sinus infection and nothing working. She basically brush me off and said well nothing we can do but give him a sprayed. I explain to her he has large amounts of green mucus coming his nose and I have a sprayed it’s not working. She told me it’s nothing they can’t do about it. I requested another doctor because she wasn’t helpful at all. Dr Wolf came in and he was just as worse as her didn’t get no help or the issue solve.
Suggested solution:
Need new staff
