My complaint:
Hi I was at one of your Ducks store today and one of your asóciate Justin , was very unprofessional , nasty and had not a hit of interested in taking care of me to the point , that we hen he handed me the receipt he didn’t give it to me in my hand it was dropped on the floor , next time please make sure all of your employees have a better attitude while working , if they are not in the mood to stay home

Talk to employees about customer service and the proper way of taking care of clients
