My complaint:
We placed an order Wednesday the 24th to be delivered at 3:30. We called dickey’s barbecue at 3:40 and was told they don’t deliver.. I told them to refund my money. We didnt want the order, as I had pneumonia and was unable to pick it up. Today I spoke to a so called manager named Sithra, I told him what happened, he asked me for òur order 30892672 and he would call me right back. Never heard back from him.
