My complaint:
I arrived at Dickey’s at 8:46pm Tuesday December 15th. I didn’t get the guys name but he was a black gentleman, skinny and rude. I walk in and he says “I’m closed”. The sign still said open and is supposed to be open until 9pm. They were closing early because he wanted to leave early and was extremely rude about it. I was planning on going to this location a lot but now I won’t be going at all.
Suggested solution:
Not let them close early when it’s advertised open until 9pm.
