My complaint:
I bought a thin version of a bracelet I already bought from a seller. When it arrived it was the thick bracelet which is 6mm with two screws that undo to open the bracelet. However, I ordered a 4mm as per description which opened on one side and had a hinge. It clearly shows the thin bracelet in all the photos however, the seller and DHGate are denying any issues and apparently there is not enough evidence even though ive clearly circled in pictures.
Suggested solution:
Full refund.
