My complaint:
they sold different color of bag and there was dispute. i sent all evidences and i was waiting their messages. but they sent me message(they asked more evidences even though i sent a lot) where i cant find easily and they just released payment to seller. and they didn’t refund my money even though seller sold me ILLEGAL IMITATION bag.

I want them to refund my money 74.41 usd
