My complaint:
Never received my order , the whole dhgate is a scam they are not real people, the seller had bad communication about my order the costumer service wasn’t really helping with NOTHING ! I provided all the evidence, I kept waiting like they told me to, NOTHING YET no refund no NOTHING, I asked to speak to an agent on the phone or the seller they said it wasn’t possible??? What company doesn’t have service through the phone?? THEY ARE FAKE SELLERS ! I’ve been patient it’s been a month already! if I need evidence I will provide it ! Dhgate has to be banned from selling FAKE things to costumers for the FAKE scamming sellers ! Banned

Banned dhgate from selling products to people that are NEVER going to arrive for having scamming sellers I want my refund!! If not I would like something in return from dhgate company ! A discount , something worth ALL THE TIME I WAITED TO GET MY MONEY BACK the bad communication with the seller dhgate not solving the problem right away
