My complaint:

I ordered a pair of specific shoes that the seller advertised as the ones I wanted. When I got the order they were wrong. I asked to seller for a refund. He said no I gave you what you asked for. I escalated it to DHgate. I was told I could get a full refund if I pay to ship the item back. They said the seller had 30 days to respond. The package is delivered it’s been 30 days! Now the seller is saying it’s an abnormal delivery so basically they’re trying to not refund me so now I’m out 200 dollars. This is so messed up. I have shopped with them for 3 years never had a problem never returned an item and I have 15 items right now completed from the recent months. If this how they treat there customers I’ll take my business elsewhere I deserve my money now I have no money and no product

Suggested solution:

Pay me what I’m owed.
