My complaint:

Hi i order an item . my item number is 3192367963
the store removed the item after receiving my money . based on your websites policy i would receive my item at the address providing in the billing and shipping. my item was delivered to another state. it was not signed by me . the seller has a responsibility to verify my address before shipping . they removed the item so i cannot get the item code. however they reposted the same shoe at twice the price . they stole my money and will not refund me . i was told by penny a represenative that i would get a refund , now she wants me to drive to a different state to pick up a package where there is not listed address where it was delivered . i want a refund . there are 3063 comsumer complaints on your website for similiar issues . the seller never sent me pictures of the package or the shoes . your website states i will receive my item to my address not to another state
