I have purchased a bad from a seller on dhgate
I have been contacted from chat and message none of that they reply. And the item supposed to arrive on April 28th but I don’t receive anything and when I tracked it, the package stuck in Shanghai for days
Suggested solution:
Give me more detail information and I need to speak with seller and I choose DHL delivery process but still my item stuck until now
