My complaint:
Dear SirMadam,
I want to file a complaint about “DHgate” and “Fofshop”. We have been contacting DHgate platform for many times in order to place an order about “PlayStation 5” but DHgate referred us to “Fofshop” and introduced it as its subcategory for selling digital devices and because we trust DHgate as an international marketing platform we contacted Fofshop by this website name “www.Fofshop.com” and made a profile there and ordered for two samples and we paid them. But they didn’t send our order and didn’t refund us. We always send them emails but always postpone and no REFUND. We STRONGLY BEG YOU TO PUSH THEM to REFUND our money.
