My complaint:
DHGate negotiated a return of damaged goods from one of their sellers – part of the agreement was return shipping fees would be refunded paid by seller …. after contacting them many times -each time getting the run around- I still waiting for shipping fees over $100 usd to be refunded
Suggested solution:
They need to refund my return shipping fees as agreed.
