My complaint:
I have repeatedly emailed dh gate in regards to an order that was disputed. They released the payment to the seller even after i sent them the information that the delivery was unsuccessful. I never received the item they have ignored my emails with the proof attached that the seller was lying about the tracking they had agreed to send a replacement and I never received it. This order was placed in May 2021. The seller cancelled it . The Order was for 2 coats I only received 1 coat that was like the picture shown on the site the other coat was more expensive and was no where near the same quality as described by its picture. I immediately filed a refund dispute. I never received the other coat and emailed Dh Gate Several times with screen shots of the false tracking and they still released the payment and asked me if I enjoyed my order. Please help me. This has been going on for 5 months.
