My complaint:

I purchased 2 items which totaled $270.14.
Both items had size issues. The shoes I ordered were 2 sizes to big, and the jacket I ordered was 2 sizes too small. The sellers were not willing to resend me the correct sizes. I filed a dispute for a refund. DHGATE gave me a time frame to submit my evidence with photos showing the issues with the items. Upon. Filing the dispute in the beginning I sent photos to both sellers.once DHGATE asked for evidence a second time I was unable to reply in a timely manner due to the 12 hr time difference.My refund was denied…
