My complaint:
I ordered two pairs of sunglasses from DH Gate and the quality was so poorly designed I honestly could not believe that they could even have the audacity to ship these products out.
I have been fighting for three weeks to obtain a refund and it has been nothing short of a nightmare, the seller responses are so delayed and each time I explain my situation via the 24/7 chat options via Facebook I keep getting a new person to speak to and need to repeat myself, each person giving me different options I am so fed up where is the CEO of this company!
