My complaint:
I did place an order in January for a dress and i undersand that there was a lock down nothing could come in 2 the country of or go out the country but it has been already 2 months now and still have not recieved my dress now they want me to do another payment for a dress i did order in January already now that the shipping is up i must pay for it which is not fair 2 me .
Suggested solution:
Need speedy shipping or refund
