My complaint:
One more time I have been scamed by DHgate I ordered a torche lamp when received I complained that the torch lamp I received was not conform to the specifics advertised Super Bright 50000. First DHgate told to wait for the seller to respond, it took months then when the seller responded accepting a refund DHgate did not send any email to me with an RMA or even instructions for shipping back the item then they closed the case and pay the seller.
This website is selling fake items from China and not respecting nor protecting US consumers. There is no way to communicate with them when you have a problem.
The order is below and the price of the lamp torche was $95

First they should apologize and give me a RMA or at least an address to send back the lamp then they should refund me!
