I ordered online two seperate items from DH gates for the first time however I log into my account today and nothing appears , it shows I haven’t ordered anything when I have
I have proof of purchase for both items, I didn’t even get an order ation email for both items either
Suggested solution:
I would like a tracking number and order ation for both orders or a refund
