My complaint:
Order the bass guitar from dhgate.com approximately 3 months ago product is not been delivered to me and I have requested a refund from them I’ve sent them emails I finally had to file a complaint with the FTC I still have not as yet been refunded and no deliveries and no product
Suggested solution:
I want refunded immediately I will continue with Federal trade complaints until they do refund me
