My complaint:

I placed an order with DH gate which I will include all screenshots of messages and you want her number I never received the scooter I ordered for almost $800 the first tracking number I was given was delivered elsewhere I never got it. When the first tracking number was delivered to the other address DH gate message me that they will be releasing the payment to the seller being that it was delivered I messaged him back immediately telling them do not release the payment it was delivered to the wrong address I did not get my water. DH gate proceeded to still release my payment to the seller Which then I was given another tracking number byThe seller saying it was a mistake and the order is on the way. After about a month this order was again delivered to another address and I did not receive it. By this time the seller is not responding and DH gate is telling me they can’t refund me it’s up to the seller and they will contact him for me. I’ve never heard back from either of them after numerous attempts and even having an attorney contact the H gate they’re refusing to pay me and they are responsible being that they released my payment I told him not to

Suggested solution:

I want a refund from DH gate they should’ve never released my payment and they should be more involved with the orders and understand when some of this happens you don’t just release the payment. I message them also to not release the payment and he still there it’s obvious the seller knows how to play the system this way and get away with ripping people off and it’s not right and I still have my money back. I hope all the photos I’m trying to include and attach are going to be there I have plenty of the messages between me and the seller and the d H gate
