My complaint:
I ordered a few items from Jugg Guitar on DHGATE right before the COVID-19 nightmare began. I was patient because I had a good relationship with them on previous orders. Jugg Guitars messaged me throughout the lockdown and said be patient and they would get my orders out as soon as possible. After a year my first order shipped and arrived within a month. My second two orders never arrived. One was lost in shipping and the other has not been shipped. I have sent multiple requests through DHGATE and Jugg Guitars. I haven’t received any answers because it’s been way past 90 days and won’t help me with a refund or getting the seller to respond to my emails.
Suggested solution:
Either refund my money or get my orders resolved and get me what I ordered.
