My complaint:
I ordered an item on Aug 2 and they marked it as delivered. I never received my item. Reached out to the seller who informed me that my package was actually lost and they would resend it. They still have not. They said give them time but it’s been a month. DH Gate released their payment as it was marked as delivered and no one is responding to me.
