My complaint:
I bought my bag the 31122020 and have tried to contact the seller. He does not appear as seller anymore and they have been ignoring my messages.
I need my money back. I am sure I will never receive my bag.
Suggested solution:
Return me the money or obligate the seller to contact to explain what is happening
