My complaint:
I have ordered from a seller from DH GATE 8 pairs of shoes for my family as a gift. The seller was very irresponsible and sent the item one by one not packed properly. The pairs were damaged badly in transit. the shape of the shoes were shambled the tags where ripped boxes where completely damaged. There where empty boxes sent. I contacted seller and seller tricked and refund me 0.01 USD instead of a partial refund. this is ridiculous i contacted customer service they agreed to reopen dispute with the seller as they clearly knew he was wrong and never did. the app has lot of bugs i doesn’t allow to contact support i tried several times still not working,
Suggested solution:
i need partial refund of £150 on my full order and a apology
