My complaint:
I am a member for the Metro Freemasons and I am blind. 8 months ago, I made an order for (84) 14th Degree Scottish Rite rings at $260.04 from DHGate.
Even after months of e-mails to the customer service department, I have still not received my order. They continue to tell me that it’s being shipped. I would like your help.
Suggested solution:
I will be satisfied when I receive my rings or a refund.
