My complaint:
I have a Meter appointment from three weeks ago Yesterday they sent me a guy he’s 70 years old and up he start complaining it’s cold you guys don’t have a stairs and he came from the side to the basement he checked the line everything is correct OK he need to install the meter he don’t do nothing he just left and he give me a letter he said there’s ice outside And he don’t do nothing he just left and when I called to make another appointment they told me no the your appointment still open we need to wait for the guy to close before we give you another appointment that’s very bad and I don’t trust this dsw anymore
