My complaint:
Every time it rains, I get sewage from the streets backed up in my basement. City was supposed to have come out yesterday but never came. The drainage system is clogged up and needs to be snaked out itself. I’m tired of having to clean my basement following the backup flooding of sewage and dirt. I have to replace all appliances in my basement and I don’t receive any help from the city.
Suggested solution:
The city needs to come and snake out the drainage system on my block. All the backup comes from the streets every time it rains.
