My complaint:
We flew from BWI to GPT and connected in Atlanta. On the outboard flight we waited over 45 minutes for a wheel chair for my wife and I. This had been requested when we booked our tickets.
The return flight had a tighter connection. We were picked up at our gate and parked in a holding area in terminal D. Our connection to Baltimore departed terminal F. We waited awhile and then I asked the attendant how long it would be. She told me that she had no idea but they were shorthanded. I felt that to make the connection, I had to push my wife even though I am disabled.
This is not the first time that we had problems in Atlanta.
Suggested solution:
Make sure that all passengers that require assistance make their connections.
