My complaint:
When I made my reservation, I requested a special seat for myself and my service dog. I was informed would be handled. I called back twice before my flight, and I was assured. However, nothing was done when I got to the airport and on the plane. My service dog was uncomfortable. I want some resolution, or I will report this to the US transportation department.
Suggested solution:
refund or a free ticket.
