My complaint:
Delta FF member, 2Mil member, Diamond member this year and for last 10 years, Delta Club member.
I get to the Denver airport today 4 hours before my flight; for two reasons the uncertainty at DEN airport security and I had a presentation to make, for a two hour meeting starting 3 hours before my flight. Which is exactly the reason why we buy the Delta Club membership. I was denied entry to the club because I was more than 3 hours before my flight departure time.
Yes, they turned away, a delta Club member, million miler, and Diamond member because I was there before 3 hours of my flight!!
I never had an issue with Delta club entry for 30 year as delta FF member.
What is happening to Delta customer service??
Suggested solution:
If I cannot use the Club when I need it the most, hey should refund me portion of my annual fee, ($545)
