My complaint:

My friend and voluntarily gave up our seats on Sunday, May 22.22
We were told that we were getting $800 we got $600, from Aaron a food voucher and a hotel
NO Uber voucher since the hotel had a Shuttle, went to get on the shuttle when we called and the hotel said there was no Shuttle. We had to pay for an Uber. Uber driver tells us that it will be very difficult to get an Uber at 4:30 a.m. in the area we were put up in.We left the hotel went to eat then went to the airport at 1:30 in the morning for our 5:30 flight. when the Delta rep arrived I went up to her to complain her name was Jade she told me she didnt have time and threw a card with your number on it,

Suggested solution:

Compensate me for everything they did wrong
