My complaint:
my trip ation jlfska I was departer at 5:45to Orlando intl FL. WITH MY 4 GRANDKIDS, the flight was canceled, and I had to go on the next flight. i did not get in intel after 1200AM I could not get the car i reserved because them close at 1130pm. if i would have known the flight was canceled i would have made different arrangement. MY 4 grandkids so disappointed that was their flight and we did not get to are hotel into 3;30 AM and could not go to Disneyland the next day. I am 71 and it was also hard on me.
