My complaint:
I had a flight from GRR to DTW on Feb. 19 at 5:21am….Delta 2863.
Was a great flight and met up with a relative…..we were flying to Austin, Tx. together on American Air Lines.
On our return trip the flight out of Austin was delayed due to weather, which meant that I wouldn’t make the original flight from DTW to GRR. That was supposed to be Delta flight 3981. When I called customer service to see if I could change the flight time I was told I would have to buy a new ticket…..no reimbursement on the previously scheduled flight.
The new flight was DL2950 from DTW to GRR leaving at 10:55pm.
Please check this matter out……I would like reimbursement for one of these return flights to GRR.
