My complaint:
My order was tracked on my phone to the wrong part of my estate when the app said he was outside, I looked, he wasn’t. Then he said he had left it outside my door, he hadn’t and seeing there was beer and tobacco in it so he needed proof of age. I called deliveroo and was told I would be refunded in 2 days or so. Four days later I called them again and was told that the 2 digit number had been given so that means it had been delivered. I asked the person to verify the date of birth either he or his manager either couldn’t or wouldn’t do it . Can anyone tell me if the drivers tracker history is obtainable because between the driver and the dispatcher there has been collusion
