My complaint:
I ordered a lunch meal for me and another person at about 13:20 on 16 July 2022. The order ID was 2999. By 15:20 the order had not been delivered. So I gave up and made other arrangements for lunch. Then after 15:30 the order finally arrived – much too late to be of any use. I demanded reimbursement of the pre-paid cost, but my repeated demands were ignored or rebuffed by Deliveroo Customer Care.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse the full cost: £48.40.
