My complaint:
I purchase a this stove at GAME shop 2020/02/19 late december it the glass burst , so e though it was just the glass .
I reported the issue december , which the call was canceled without any one contacting me , I found out about this after I did a follow up call .
I had to pay for the glass top and PC board , which took months to even fix that . May 2023 the stove finally got fixed .
July 2023 the stove burst again on the same place as shown on the picture , I opened another ticket , but defy technician canceled the call because he said I was not happy about the service . Which got me very mad .
I opened another ticked on the 4the of September 2023 , now when I do another follow up its written that I was called to globe given anther quotation of which it is a lie .
With that defy has disappointed me alot and I will definitely never buy they appliances ever again and I will never advice anyone else to do so .
Defying service is just terrible and their technicians are not professional.
Suggested solution:
They have to find out why is my stove keep on bursting in the same area , and get it fix or refund me my money and take their appliances back .
