My complaint:
I have heard such a horrible thing from my friend who worked at Decathlon Rama 4 road branch that Decathlon management might not aware so i think this channel might be the way to let all concern people know.
This make me feel bad as im always a repeat customer of your brand.
Your current Store leader Hathaipat T.
Has managed the store in the very unprofessional way which lead to many resignation of employees against their will.
Some of very unprofessional behavior include,
Force employees to change contract type from permanent to part time.
Force employees to resign against hisher will.
Not comply with Thailand labor law, by not giving proper benefits compensation.
This kind of events is really not good to anyone and also would definitely damaging the Decathlon brand image if this eventually reach the labor court.
To be fair to everyone, i would request Decathlon to do something quickly to fully investigate and solve the problem.
If i may, i would like to sugest the management to talk individually to gain feedback from all current employees of this branch.
