My complaint:

Flare Sleeve Cowl Neck Satin Top
I was due to receive this blouse on Monday 13th Nov 2023 – however this item was delivered to house number 169 instead of 159 princes gardens ,w30LS.
I have been in touch with Debenhams who at first insisted the item was delivered to me / after I sent them snap shots of my house door which wasn’t the same as the delivery snapshot they then advised me as per their tracker the parcel was delivered either to 167 or 169 – I checked with 167 and it hasn’t been delivered there. I have visited 169 several times to enquire but the neighbour advised me that they have been away for a while and don’t know when they will return – I do not have their contact number either ! However Debenhams messages back forth seem are offering me no replacement or refund and are telling me to wait for their return which could be indefinitely – as per the consumer rights act 2015 – I have to be given a replacement or refund – could you pls escalate this matter further and have this sorted for me.

Suggested solution:

I would like either the blouse delivered or a full refund of £29.06
