My complaint:
I signed up to a 1 off event on DAZN back in October (KSI vs Tommy Fury) . It has now come to my attention that they believe I have signed up for a 12 month plan costing me £10 a month which I did not sign up for. I have contacted them directly and the refuse to cancel my account and stop the following payments. Their customer service has been appalling and I can’t afford to pay the £10 a month as I have other financial commitments. I need help in understanding where I am placed and how I can get out of this ‘contract’. All it showed when is signed up was £1 for the months subscription and the extra for the ppv event. No where did it say it was £1 for the first month and £10 for 11 months after that. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my account and stop charging me £10 a month for something I didn’t sign up for. If I could give 0 starts I would.
