My complaint:
Used Expedia to book local room at tried and true Days Inn. I have always loved tye brand. Upon arrival I learned that I could not even make it past the lobby. Place was not acceptable for children with special needs and asthma. I understand there is construction going on but I was told by Expedia that it was not when Expedia reached out to them. Additionally, I was told the pool was closed down by the health department. The photos of the hotel were beautiful seemed as if of another hotel because that is not at all what I showed up too. Our trip was ruined and I am asking for a refund for this stay as I could not put children with special needs in that place. I was told that I could not be refunded for my prepaid trip even though the conditions were not satisfactory as per the Days Inn brand. I know Days Inns are much better than this and I hope this one can be held to the Days Inn standards I have grown to love.
