My complaint:
They made me stand there for over 15 minutes while they worked on Door Dash and drive thru orders. A third of my order sat on the counter almost the whole time. Needless to say that food was cold. The quality of everything they gave me was terrible and I threw away a portion of it. Food quality and service, I give this location a zero. I had a blizzard for dessert and that was good. I will not be purchasing anything but ice cream from this restaurant after my experience tonight.
Suggested solution:
They should fire half half of the staff and hire workers that wait on paying customers in a timely manner. I guess Door Dash and drive through is more important than a person who walks in from the street.
