My complaint:
We checked the hours of operation before going. Said open until 10:00 pm. We get there at 9:35 and the open sign was off and the girl was mopping the floor. Chairs were up on tables. Went to the door which was locked and the girl working just looked at me. Looked on internet again at hours. Every site says open until 10;00 This has happened more than once to us at the Parkesburg Dairy Queen. It’s upsetting when you look up hours before leaving and Go to find out it’s closed. The hours sign looks like it’s a dry erase sign that you can change the hours. I suggest the the owners get a sign that workers can not erase and change the time of closing. The time said 9:30 written in it. It’s suppose to be 10 according to the website. Thank you.
