My complaint:

I ordered a large fry in drive thru due to doors locked. I ordered a large fry. Cost 2.99. Drove around after receiving food so that the next customer could be served. Tasted my food. Fries were old tasting, cold and stale. Prepared to go back around for a refund because I am not comfortable asking for fresh hot fries not knowing what may occur, Several cars had pulled in the drive thru. So I left. I should not have to ask for fresh hot fries.
