CVS Pharmacy complaint: Rudeness by nurse or whoever she was, in clinic

My complaint:

Sunday, Oct. 30, I visited the clinic in Mokena, Il. to get my Covid shot. The clinic hours said closes at 4:30, it was 4:07. The employee in that clinic area said, I can’t do it, it’s too late I said, says open until 4:30 and it is only 4:07. Her comment was it takes time to put in the computer, then you have to sit for 15 minutes Again I said it’s only 4:07. She says, 15 minutes will go past my go home time
I said, then why are you here, if you can’t help people before 4:07? I told her. forget it
It doesn’t take 8 minutes to enter me into the computer, then wait until 4:30. She was very adamant she didn’t want take a chance of me being there after 4:30. She needs to find another job, because customer care is not for her. She is the reason one less person will be getting that vaccine. No matter how long she had to wait, it’s her job, it may have been 5 minutes, at the most.

Suggested solution:

Get someone new, or teach her, the job is not all about her. VERY VERY rude and and sensitivity training. I would never recommend this CVS
In fact, she didn't even greet me, she opened the door, to her office about 6 inches to talk to me.
