My complaint:
Details of cvs holding my prescriptions hostage at my request to release transfer to amazon pharmacy online home delivery.Request made after cvs 1st fib that I did not ‘qualify’ for script mail delivery. Which no data on cvs apps exist to support their claim.
Further research indicated Amazon offered free delivery of scripts and there was no such nonsense re ‘qualifications.
Lm for cvs to transfer and gave all amazon contact info including the prereq of my phone .cvs returned call yet stated they didnt get amazons info..fib 2..Again I gave and cvs agreed to call but would be later.Next day amazon has not heard from cvs and agree to call cvs shortly.Next day (3) Tabitha at cvs takes my call assuring me amazon has not tried to call cvs that she has fielded all calls herself the past 2 days! A remarkable claim in itself.Turns out to be cvd fib 3 as amazon provided stamped data showing exact times multiple calls.had in fact been made to the correct cvs pharmacy line
After confronting Tabitha with this evidence she offered up fib 4 stating amazon was calling the wrong’ line’and only lm not following s! Lets just say I exited the call at that point being speechless.
Day 4 I ask amazon to kindly call cvs again and attempt until hopefully cvs actually takes call. Finally cvs answers indicating there was confusion re what amazon was calling fib 5? Cvs told amazon they would release only meds with current refills but it would be later before they could transfer via fax. Which was fib 6 as to no surprise no fax was sent to amazon asof Day 5.
My Dr.is on maternity leave and amazon was able to receive the transfer from provider. CVS never released the hostages
…and of course I will do biz at CVS again….fib 7
Suggested solution:
Advise CVS the importance of integrity and decent cs morals.
Common courtesy in general is always a better choice.
Treat people as you would like to b be treated in all instances..esp when health is at risk.
