CVS Pharmacy complaint: Prescription constantly out of stock

My complaint:

I am having a difficult time getting my prescription, which happens just about every month. I went into the store last Saturday (2/10) to inquire about when it would be ready. The pharmacist said they do not have it in stock and to call on Monday. Which I did and they still did not have it. He recommended I call everyday to see if they got it in. He put me in the queue and explained there were several people ahead of me. I do not understand how the queue works and believe that is poor practice. I would think once a doctor sends over a script then they should start working on it. I know I am going to have difficulty this coming week with another one of my prescriptions because it took over a month to get my last refill. I would like to know how I can avoid taking up my time to call the pharmacy only to be rushed off the phone with no real answers. Customers should not have to go through all these hoops to get what is prescribed to them. Please contact me back at your earliest convenience.

Suggested solution:

Refill prescription when they are due to be picked up and not have customer call everyday to see if it is in stock. Stop trying to get customers out the door as quickly as possible without allowing them to ask questions and treat they with respect.
