My complaint:

I made an appt online to get a booster vaccine. When I got to cvs they told me they didn’t have an appt for me and that I was at the wrong address. I showed my appt to them and I was at the right address. The person that was helping me was in no means polite. I was then asked for my insurance card and was told they don’t accept kaiser. It may not be this pharmacy’s fault but online I was asked my insurance provider and medical record number and it proceeded to give me an appt. I just found it a waste of time to go and be told they don’t accept my insurance. It would have been nice for someone to call me days ahead or the day of to let me know considering my name and phone number were provided.

Suggested solution:

Just let people know online which insurances they take or do not take instead of filling out application and being given an appointment.
